This is perfect. I was a reference assistant at my university library for years. (My job was to sit at the ref. desk and to know things.)
"Where are the copiers?" ...
"...under the sign that says copiers."
I think the worst part was when I had a 5th year senior come to the desk to ask me for help and began by saying, "I've never been in here before..." And we gave this guy a degree?
