Other movies I've seen this year
Jan. 21st, 2007 08:37 amCasino Royale. Excellent. I never was a huge fan of Pierce Brosnan as Bond (I still haven't seen Tomorrow Never Dies) and was intrigued when Daniel Craig was cast. Craig is awesome, sexy and mysterious as Bond.
Bond movies are one of my guilty pleasures. I got into them when Duran Duran did the theme song for "A View to a Kill". :)
Also saw Scoop. I rated it as 3 stars (out of five) on Netflix but might change it to two. A Woody Allen satire of madcap British mysteries with Scarlett Johansson and Hugh Jackman. Funny in spots but the dialog seemed to be lacking *something.*
