Ok kids, I'm putting together a 2007 Reading list (inspired by alissamarie) and I need recommendations.

So recommend one and I mean ONE book I should read.

I retain the right to reject your suggestions and/or throw said 2007 list out the window. ;)

Yay!

The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay was actually incredibly engaging and interesting, with great characters and really fascinating historical plot. I don't want to give too much away, but that would be my pick, at least from my list this year.

The Hours is also quite good.

Oh, and if you haven't read The Virgin Suicides, then do.

No prob. I gave up 200 pages into Kavalier a couple of years ago. I will add The Virgin Suicides to my list.
