Ok kids, I'm putting together a 2007 Reading list (inspired by alissamarie) and I need recommendations.

So recommend one and I mean ONE book I should read.

I retain the right to reject your suggestions and/or throw said 2007 list out the window. ;)

Anyway, read "The Thirteenth Tale" by Diane Setterfield. I read it in less than 24 hours because I couldn't put it down...and I'm NOT usually a fan of fiction.
