blistermothSurvived, and even thrived, teaching my excel class. But now I'm exhausted. One of my co-workers mentioned having a glass of wine last night and now that's all I want. Alas, I'm here for 3 1/2 more hours.
I had a good time with my small group last night, especially hanging out with my friend's son Max (13 mos), who was adopted from Russia. Dad is from Canada and keeps trying to talk hockey with the kid. I'd better bring him a Cubs jersey and *soon*.
Speaking of the Cubs, I've been listening to the audiobook of Three Nights in August which is excellent. I've finished the first couple of chapters of Fantasyland. All of this keeps distracting me from actually preparing for my fantasy league drafts. I have two this weekend. And I am not ready yet.
