18 miles

just back from walking 18 miles. lower legs feel like they've been beaten with a meat tenderizer and outside of left knee is refusing to cooperate at all but otherwise ok.

must say that the chicago lakefront was beautiful today

18 miles! I felt so proud of myself in July when I did 9! 18 is like....uh....TWICE as many! Congratulations, plus my mind is boggled.
