Information on the painting "King's Cavalier" by Luke Doheny. There's nada on Doheny and said painting on the Internet or in any of our reference sources. In desperation I search for him on FirstSearch. Cal State -San Luis Obisop has a couple of his paintings. I recommend the patron contact the library there.
