A book and music store with books and music that I could personally hand sell to my customers. No DaVinci Code but lots of copies of Eat, Pray, Love. I'd publish a really cool catalog like Eighth Day Books. And I'd sell mango smoothies, chai and Mexican Coca-Cola.
And I'd set it up where I could just mosey in for a few hours a week while my underlings did all the hard work.
