I haven't either, but it's Frey's other book. I've heard that he more or less says the book is lies is 'My Friend Leonard.' It's sad because this has discouraged Frey from writing further. Maybe I just generally don't entirely take memoirs for fact because they're inherently subjective. Did you know there is a woman (with entirely too much time/money) who is suing for consumer fraud?

My Friend Leonard does have a disclaimer, in four point type, on the copyright page.

The people trying to file the class action suit have way too much time on their hands.

It's a deceptive little book, yes - but if there's going to be a fish fry there's bigger fish available.

I hadn't even heard of this guy Frey until the allegations came out. He's got quite a lucrative career ahead of him as a literary pariah.
