Went for a walk tonight. Was gone longer than I planned, actually finishing my time on the forest preserve path after the forest preserve had closed. *oops*

Nary a soul outside tonight despite the fact that it's a beautiful evening out. We did have a bit of rain but only briefly.

Everyone must have been watching American Idol. There was a TV in a garage I passed (!) with it on.

Now hoping the Cubs don't help Bonds get in the record books.

::sighs:: I would love to be on a forest preserve path after the preserve closes. Nothing I love more than feeling like I'm the only person on Earth in the depths of a forest.
