Team in Training stuff
Aug. 27th, 2004 10:45 pmFirst of all, I'll apologize to my regular readers, all say 3 of you :). This space for the next several months will be me blabbering on me getting in shape for this marathon. If you dropped me from your friends list I would completely understand.
Ok so I'm been in a frenzy of training stuff this week. For example. I was on the treadmill at Bally's before 6am. And yes I'm patting myself on the back. And you know, you do have more energy when you work out in the morning. And I'll be walking 3 miles tomorrow morning at 7:30am. I would not recommend eating Taco Bell before hitting the treadmill however. Oy!
I have been tardy in mentioning

Happy non exercising things today:
1) Getting work questions answered
2) finding out that I may not have to buy a furnance as I feared, instead my neighbor thinks that cleaning the pilot light will keep my furnance a-heatin' for a 25th winter!
3) Making fairly eggplant curry
4) Mango chutney to top said curry
5) Mavis Staples new album
