Alas my town only makes the news when really bad stuff happens. Yesterday, a woman was sentenced to 45 years for starving her child to death.

there was some other awful streamwood story i saw the other day too... oh yes... wasn't the guy who strangled his wife while drunk and then slept next to her from streamwood too? :P

people are terrible.
