I have turned on IP address logging for commenting here because of this entry.

In other news, they're tearing up my street again. The Post Office wasn't able to deliver my mail yesterday but my Chicago Tribune was on my driveway this morning.

You have my sympathies. I turned on IP address logging some time ago because I was being trolled. Some months later, when I continued to get some nasty comments, I blocked all anoymous comments.

Well that's just silly. Regardless of what other calls come in they should provide a realistic ETA. The anon poster is a pillock.

The anon poster is probably a corporate shill from Gateway hired to Google the company name and post rebuttals or send lawyergrams to anyone trashing them on a website.

I'd delete his comment with a big F-U to geurilla marketing.

I'm sure that's exactly what it is. I'm just going to leave it there. I think it makes the company look even worse. Besides it took him 6 weeks to find it. I know Google indexes LJ more often than that.
